Serpentine Dance Company creates performances to enchant and delight audiences with flying silks (veils, skirts, ribbons, fan veils), shiny swords, and feats of balance (swords, baskets, trays, etc). Many dances in our repertoire have folkloric feels and sounds and/ or allude to fairy tales and fantasy themes. Our Festival shows last 20-30 min, often weaving in storytelling and a dance with the audience when we can.
Some of our favorite festivals are local International festivals and Renaissance festivals where we can both spread the joy of a captivating performance and share with audiences our cultural appreciation that is at the root of our dance. We hope to see you at our next show. Let us entertain you!
